Orders leave our shop within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Carrier delivery time is on top of that.

Make sure you've input the correct shipping address. To avoid fraudulent credit and debit card use the name, billing and shipping address must match. Tracking will show proof of delivery to the address on file. In the event of a lost or stolen package please contact USPS if you've purchased insurance. We're not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages. Delivery estimated times are not a guarantee.
We ensure that the case fits properly by testing. Allow for expansion and contraction due to climate changes. We recommend reviewing your colorway and brand fit before purchasing. If applicable there may be an option to choose from an old, and updated size. Please make your selection accordingly.
